I joined the Community Foundation for Staffordshire and Shropshire as a member of the grants team in 2008. In the following years, I took on on various roles including Head of Donor Development and Director of Operations, before becoming Chief Executive in 2015.
My background is in the private sector, specifically in management, training and project development.
A fan of learning languages, I have been studying Swedish since 2018, and plan to start on Czech next. I am also an amateur genealogist.
