About me

I work in UKCF's Digital Team, supporting members with Salesforce integration and management. I have 25+ years' experience as a development officer and project manager in the charitable sector, working in partnership with both the public and private sectors. This has mainly been in the areas of mental health, learning disabilities and homelessness, with my last role being in Business Systems for a large homelessness charity.

What I do

As Salesforce Administrator, I have a varied role working on our main database system used by members as part of UKCF's 'Digital Transformation'. This involves keeping the system working optimally, advising and training our members in its use, and working collaboratively to make continuous improvements and updates so that our members can spend less time on administration and more time working with communities.

Outside of work

I enjoy spending time with my family, vegan cookery and walking my very cute but high-energy black Labrador. Other hobbies include playing and occasionally writing songs on my guitar, listening to audiobooks and keeping up my interest in psychology and philosophy, which I studied at university.
